2.下载完补丁后解压，复制到C:\Program Files (x86)\JetBrains\Installations或者%LOCALAPPDATA%\JetBrains\Installations文件夹下，覆盖掉每个文件夹下的JetBrains.Platform.Shell.dll；
3.打开VS，打开ReSharper的注册窗口：ReSharper->Help->License Information
